Terms & Delivery
How do I make a payment? I currently accept payment through the third-party website Paypal. After you have filled in your details at the checkout, click the 'next' button and you will taken to the main Paypal site where you can provide them with your billing information. Using Paypal provides a secure option for your shopping; you will only provide payment details to them, so no information regarding card or account details passes through, or is stored, on this site (www.continuumdesigns.co.uk). You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal, simply a credit or debit card. If you are an international buyer, your total payment can be viewed in your own currency at the Paypal checkout. What are your shipping costs, and how are they calculated? Postage is charged by weight - you can see a summary of how much your order weighs, and the estimated shipping costs in your Shopping Bag. Postage costs are as follows: UK orders:: Orders up to 149g: £2
Orders up to 500g: £2.50
Orders over 500g: £3.50
Orders within the EU:: Orders up to 149g: £2.20
Orders up to 500g: £2.70
Orders over 500g: £4.50
International orders: Orders up to 149g: £3.00
Order up to 500g: £3.70
Orders over 500g: £5.00
When will my order be shipped? Orders will be shipped within three days of receipt of payment, from mainland UK. For domestic orders, items will be delivered first class, whilst international orders will be posted airmail. Please allow an extra four days for custom and made-to-order items to be shipped. International signed delivery or special delivery can be added for an extra charge of £6. Contact me if you would like to purchase this too. Please note: the seller can not be responsible for any customs charges incurred on the goods when they enter your country of residence. What happens if I want to make an exchange, or need a refund? I want you to be happy with your beads, so if you wish to return an item, you may do so up to 2 months after receipt of the purchase item. Please contact me with your information and send the item in its original state and in original packaging or equivalent , and I will issue a full refund. If the item you receive is not satisfactory, fit for the purpose stated, or was damaged during shipping, in accordance with your statutory rights please contact me. Depending on your preference I will then either; * reimburse the purchase and shipping price; * alter or replace the item if possible; * offer an equivalent amount of store credit.
